
Izzy’s Animal Rescue Festival is a “must see” event for animal lovers!
Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of domestic and wild animals by visiting with real animals and engaging with organizations dedicated to rescuing, adopting, rehabilitating, and sheltering animals in need.
The festival will include:
- informative and entertaining animal presenters
- wildlife and domestic animal exhibitors
- support organizations for rescue animals
- adorable pets searching for their forever homes
- live music
- food vendors
Join us on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the picturesque and historic Black Miner’s Bar State Park on Lake Natoma for a day dedicated to loving, protecting and learning about our furry friends!

Admission to the festival is free for attendees. However, vehicles entering the state park are required to have an annual California State Parks pass or pay a $10 day use fee. Or ask your library if you can check out a state parks pass.
